NANOWRIMO.

6 weeks and 3 days to think of/choose a plot for my NaNo novel. Or at least characters and a setting :P

Ideas (please tell me which ones are your favorites!)

A mysterious assassin is killing off members of the Council, leaving behind only a red rose at the site of each killing. Eriada, a mage specializing in tracking and eliminating criminals, is recruited to find this assassin. Thing is, the people that have been killed are the very people who she believes have been corrupted by (insert name of evil group here). Her lines of loyalty are blurred as the war against (evil group) is sparked. So does she stay loyal to her king, or does she do what she thinks is best for her people?
Genre: Fantasy

After the war that almost killed everyone on the planet, a society within what was formerly North America is set up. Called Filiorum Potentia, after the Latin for "children of power", this society revolves around the training of their children to combat the Outsiders, people determined to collapse FP and spread anarchy. Rachel Halting, daughter of two of the best fighters, is born into this world. At 8, she's sent to City 5, one of the old cities that's now a training ground. At 14, she's a Wolfrunner, a scout for the Wolf Clan. But, while on a mission for her Clanmaster, she accidentally kills the Jackalmaster. Now she has to face the challenge of unwanted leadership while simultaneously molding Jackalclan into a more member-centered Lionclan. But what happens when she discovers a startling connection between the Outsiders and the Parliament of Filiorum Potentia?
Genre: Sci-fi???

  1. The second idea really seems to catch my attention the most, but the last one is really good too.
